same old story ad infinitum

Whilst I swole the numbers! on Saturday by a tiny fraction (8st.2lbs to be exact) at Trafalgar Square, I'm pissed off that yet again human issues have grabbed the spotlight away from the plight of animals (locally, dog fighting this time).
It always seems to go that just when some atrocious ill-use is about to be given SOME attention at last, it gets shoved aside (recently by China/Tibet, Mugabe, UK child protection + Baby P).

There is just NEVER going to be a time when humans aren't fucking each other over long enough to give anything else a break.

Here are my animals not illustrating my point as per.

I'm dreading leaving them for a month, particularly Circuit.

Who's looking after the cats while you're gone? Cats are great survivors, they'll be just fine.

Of course, the disdainful looks they'll give you once you've come back might be horrendous.

Alan is. He is one of three human beings they actually socialise with!
He doesn't live far away and will be here to feed and let them out and in, and give pats to.
Panzer may well be disdainful but poor Circuit absolutely WAILS when I leave him and goes BONKERS when i come back - the Blue Cross hospital said they have never seen or heard anything like it!
Cz we iz buddies : )
