Nov. 26th, 2007 02:23 pmFriday night was really good, going down to Club Sin etc. It was terribly UNshocking, I have to say, but enormous fun anyway. I liked the music they played everywhere...VERY highly danceable. We didn't stay that very long tho, on account of having tired people to drive home.
So Hello again! to all the lovely people I saw FLEETINGLY (Cecile, Aly, Rob, Howard and L--forgot flippin spelling again--, Sinbad and Liana and others whose names are a temporary blur.
Technophile Alan, who did a marvellous job of driving us all there, put a couple of the sets onto his phone then iPod...that's quite good for his generation! (patronising voice).
The rest of the weekend I spent WORKING, so it wasn't a 'weekend' at all really: in fact the only difference was that there was no-one around on LJ!
I'm off for the afternoon now at any rate...going to Walthamstow (market and William Morris House again) and then for a drive/walk in Epping Forest.
These crisp, clear blue autumn days are made-to-measure.
