This boy with his tongue on his nose stayed out in the storm all night. Circuit was stationed by my window like an anxious landlubber when I awoke, then we heard the distress miaouw that even sounded like mayday mayday.

As it happens I'm working on a maritime painting--which floundered and is now back on even keel, plimsoll line in evidence.
Hopefully it will reach anchor pool soon, ahead of the captive wave.
