Strange Wake
May. 7th, 2008 01:48 amThis is brilliantly BIZARRE!
Its after 2am and there's a Wake going on in the dead man's flat, opposite.
It started around 1am when the sound of 'Rivers of Babylon' suddenly pealed out and around the silent garden walkways of this 21K'd-up Victorian estate. They played similar stuff for bout 20 mins then the music got WEIRD. It sounded like Edwardian parlour songs or something with male baritones doing, like Boer War anthems.
Now that has got even odder with some sort of spoken response going on. Could even be voodoo--remember the torsos in the Thames.
Who WAS my neighbour?
WHAT was he!!!?
I must start digging for info tomorrow, starting with Dave the estate manager then the 4 porters-- a gabby crew if ever there was!
The window that was opened by the almost dead man
and NOW. I have no idea what that black thing is.
(I HOPE they didn't see me taking that photo-it took ages as you can tell)
