The honchos at IDS actually asked me to list my previous suggestions on how they can deal more expediently with the fly-tipping problem here. Its supposed to be included in their tenancy enforcement meeting.
Hah!
Its a cynical ploy to cajole and make me feel like I'm a cog in their operation.
However I have seized the opportunity not only to clarify those obvious, common sense suggestions (like lighting the area adequately so that CCTV footage is recognisable!) but to annihilate the feeble excuses offered so far. Which was the fun part.

And THAT accounted for over 2 hours of my time first thing this morning GRRRRRRR
