MADMAN outside!!

Eeeeeuuuww - an elderly Jewish man is laughing uncontrollably in the gardens outside my flat. He sounds like Topol doing If I Were A Rich Man as its a proper deep belly-laugh.
Its most disconcerting. I'm glad I'll be spending most of the day over in Marylebone.

Hahahaha Circuit is sitting on the fence right above him, STARING.
