2009 is where I simplify things...narrow the field: the intention is to be aware and alert to what's really going on out there as *a background mindset* and concentrate on what I can DO.
(NB my interests are at least 50/50 self centred - by attending to those things that concern me, I am of course making myself feel a whole chunk better)
My first concern = art development - in order TO CONVEY the stuff that is keeping me either in a constantly bottled up RAGE or tormenting with images of torture, neglect, starvation, ill-use and so on and on and on...
2nd concern (which is partly included in the 1st)- help combat detrimental human effect on animals and every other species it comes in fucking contact with.
I won't VIZ here - take me all bloody morning.
Instead here's an apt photo / my desktop pic.. Its the Arunel Volcano in the Province of Alajuela, Costa Rica, where I'm going (to - wcs - clean up bigcat shit fr 4 weeks).
