Its barely ten o'clock and i am in a towering rage already -- have had to talk on phone to THREE useless cretins in a row, who have one way or another managed to royally cock up the simplest most routine matters. The second one further infuriated by mincing "I think I'm going to end this call now" ....AAAAARGGGGHHH
