Sheesh, where do you start-- the upper thoracic vertebrae are CONVEX twisting the trapezial muscles and wrenching the platysma probably out of the bone; the right shoulder is completely useless and the arm rotated backwards in the socket, from the obverse upper forearm the arm is actually pulped above the elbow - god knows what the biceps and triceps would look like if he stood up (impossible as the lumbar spine is incapable of bearing weight)
