taking it to the Ombudsman
Apr. 14th, 2009 11:10 am'Coined' are 'seeking legal advice' before proceeding with any claim for compensation 'in the light of the phonecall' i had with them last week.
I probably said things all the wrong way (altho i do remember making a couple of good points) and as usual feel that I have no doubt done myself no favours and got horribly snagged in any potential legal niceties. Altho i can be accused of some degree of hot-headedness at least i never dream of swearing or anything and am polite to a fault (ta fr good upbringing, late parents!).
I'm quite used to the experience of not getting payed ( i am timid / apathetic in 'business dealings') but not by companies, so I think i should hand everything over to the ombudsman.
