too much info/not enough info
Sep. 4th, 2009 08:24 amSome kind, well-meaning haridan put an rspca magazine thru my door last night. Behind the fotos of fluffy pets are the reports. B4 i could bin it i scanned enough details to wreck any bon vivant i had 4 the foreseeable future.
NB its obvious without knowing the gory details that things like pet shops are going to be hit by the recession with sickening results. Its as u'd think -- behind every shop is an out-building or shed somewhere with the, um, warehouse stock.
As usual I am incensed by the callous indifference of people who live alongside animal distress and don't report it.
However, there also needs to be a huge increase in public awareness. I'd bet that 9 out of 10 people don't know the rspca phone number is 0300 1234 999.
Another too much -- discovered this 2 year old? foto whilst sorting out drive.
