bleat whimper ect ect

I feel *awful*. It started with a sore throat thru the week and then began to feel like a sort of cold. I don't  *get* colds! As it wasn't that noticeable i forgot and carried on going about in light clothes, no sox, no jacket.....
This evening I must've conked out on the couch around eleven and I have just woken up really REALLY hot and stuffed up tho all the windows are wide open as usual thank god. Its 2am. My head feels like a compression chamber --  tubes between ears and throat seem enormous, and have got a new scratchy lining. My pulse is thumping in my ears like somebody's car stereo going by.
Oh i forgot, i  almost had a panic attack because I couldn't breathe properly, one of my absolute worst fears.
In horror/gore/murder etc films the scariest bit fr me is when the victim is bound and gagged. What if they have a stuffy nose at the time!!!
