Re Wynd geddit : Post 1, the gallery and pictures

Vik-torrr's new gallery at 11 Mare Street E8 is not as fab as his invite describes it. 'Custom-designed' puzzled me till i twigged it as tautology.
ALL premises are custom-designed FFS!
About 200 po-faced, brittle 30 somethings were crammed into small, converted '30 something retail premises which has two gallery rooms behind a small reception (what used to be the trading counter i s'ppose). It's set back from the road so there was plenty room for more people to congregate outside.
The networkers didn't seem to be much interested in the artworks. That was a shame as they were really quite wonderful things based on the deep sea diving expeditions of the artist, Mat Killick. He told me he'd just come back from diving off Mull -- said it was actually warmer in the water!
I asked permission to take some photos.

Wynd Gallery Opening Party post 2 -- Is it a Real Mouse?

Does anyone know who this man is?

He entered the gallery by walking its length holding up a mouse by its tail. There was a frisson of course.
Spotting my camera he hovered nearby, but didn't seem happy to be asked directly if the mouse was real and/or dead. He answered 'i've given it valium hahaha are u a photographer?'
I replied 'no, just a nosy snapper, may i take ur foto?'.
Only i didn't photo him posing, I just wanted a decent shot of the mouse that was now draped from his pocket below wild flowers, to create a tweed-based hedgerow pastiche. I was impressed. Not.
So.... this is one of those very annoying things that has been niggling me since.
Is it a Real Mouse?
(or rather, did it start off yesterday as a real live mouse for his entrance, and get kinda suffocated/crushed somewhere along the way?)
I so hope someone knows him and his *amazingly* lifelike bendy stuffed mouse.


NB he asked me my name and intro'd himself but typically i have forgotten
NB 2 - i patted the mouse and it felt EXACTLY like a limp warm real mouse. But it had been in his pocket so.....
