ineffective admin

I just can't seem to get any ONE thing finished and DONE atm, including two portrait paintings. It'll be at least another week fr those, with all the backlog of STUFF i have got to do *and not getting done*.
Also....
Yeh, i'm smart enough at writing up m'LJ and general stuff like that but in reality----jeez wot a quagmire my head is!!!
And as for scatter-brainedness, its becoming fkin legendary.
