Currently, still in some sort of mechanical* wilderness tho slowly trying to get back in tune with (bits of) the world...... (think i'll avoid the News for longer).....

......quite surprised that i've lost half a stone in the last 2 weeks.... "blast furnace metabolism" to blame no doubt ; )

I'll be helping clean up the City Farm on my birthday : D
