I am really quite unwell now so starting today I'm going to try to get back to normal an undo the effects of taking internet-available NRG3. I have numbness in all my fingertips (esp. awful as I relax by playing piano) and my sense of balance is awry as my legs feel weask. I want to help take down an exhibition tomorrow so it's 24-hours of bed rest for me and good tyhings to eat if I can be bothered to make something (so it'll be Magnums out the freezer then).
