photos can't be posted

SomeTHING is preventing me posting images and someTHING has caused my entire Scrapbook of 2500 + photos to disappear and be replaced by blank squares all entitled 'NO TITLE" instead of the jpeg number.
I tried informing LJ Help but they seem to be at a loss.
I will try again to post a photo here.
