DRIVEN to the Leccy Ballroom fr Inferno last night - pleased to have gone over there and given vampyresheep Aly her rats at any rate. Trouble was the usual however -- too loud to bloody talk properly.
Did enjoy dancing tho surprise surprise--but how the fuck did i end up pogoing in 4" stillettos!?
Oh yeah, Smack my Bitch Up.

NB this is still me on Fresh Air nowadays by the way.

Unusually high footwear (cherry red patent classic stilletto, shoe-fans) made scant difference alongside/overhung by versed_films whom I'd arranged to meet and hand over a painting he commissioned.
I spent most of the evening in deep shade as a result.
J = charming man as ever.

It was also ODD being even SLIGHTLY TALLER than friend (ok, in work shoes) NB who looked fantastic with new fabby wild braids!
Pleased to have run into erming *kiss* ! and a few familiar faces that I can't connect LJ monickers/ real names to as per.
And of course demondaz and enlyyl who, along with Aly and Rob and a very few others are the sorta mates you wouldn't mind if the club was a bus shelter.

Probably be out at markets n stuff over the weekend, n seeing an Xtreme person re art... think I best do this on neutral ground.

Heading to Broadway / Columbia Rd (Sunday) ? - or alternative ideas?

Yeh, even that might be unwise : this guy's an actor who once showed me his audition piece for a raving lunatic* (his typecast) on a packed Night Bus.

*old-fashioned variety ie waving arms, rolling eyes, shouting etc.

funnily enough, usually get complaints from others that it is too bleep! They change the DJs round there a bit from month to month, so it does tend to vary.
