SEVEN DAYS NO CIGARETTES

I'm not counting a total of 15 puffs ON cigarettes because no more than 3 were consecutive and those would not add up to one single cigarette.
I am a bit annoyed by the fact that even after one is technically UNHOOKED the desire to smoke persists. Play the white man, cigarettes.
All the same, stopping habitual smoking behaviour ( automatically reaching for pack) rules out a lot of the temptation.
As far as substitutes go, there aren't any really. I eat about the same amount of brazil nuts and black chocolate that i did b4 but i do have more chewing gum around.

It does go eventually - I forget now that I used to smoke. I can well remember those times when I first gave up wondering what to so with my hands when sitting and talking to people. Unfortunately there are no substitutes but I did find I used to nibble more - sweets, nuts etc, more for something to do

Yeh, I'm much more tempted to smoke when in company - even around people who don't smoke!
