SEVEN DAYS NO CIGARETTES

I'm not counting a total of 15 puffs ON cigarettes because no more than 3 were consecutive and those would not add up to one single cigarette.
I am a bit annoyed by the fact that even after one is technically UNHOOKED the desire to smoke persists. Play the white man, cigarettes.
All the same, stopping habitual smoking behaviour ( automatically reaching for pack) rules out a lot of the temptation.
As far as substitutes go, there aren't any really. I eat about the same amount of brazil nuts and black chocolate that i did b4 but i do have more chewing gum around.

Erm, that takes about 2 months and the itch never truly goes away. I started smoking again after the stroke. Quit again after a year but even so....
