'Groups of youths' are using Sinex bottles filled with bleach, petrol or any strong household chemical to squirt into dogs' eyes. The latest victim, a Staffordshire terrier being walked by its owner past one such group was left blind and in severe distress. It was eventually seen by the RSPCA who had to remove its eyes and treat it for third degree burns.
