Stopped Smoking Again
Nov. 8th, 2007 11:37 amIts now Day 4 without a single cigarette, so I think its safe to mention that I've stopped smoking.
Its absurd I should be going thru this again since I had stopped for 1 year 2 months, but Smarty here thought it'd be OK to have an occasional smoke after that.
WRONG!
Anyway I've eaten more nuts and fruit than a herd of squirrels, and my temper has been in a state of melt-down; (alas the Abbey manageress yesterday).
But I honestly have NOT SMOKED SINCE MONDAY!
A great source of distraction; Circuit is always up for a game of Catch-the-white-thing.
