Staying In Rocks!!!! (reprise)

I haven't been to bed for two nights (spent virtuously working on portraits) and I've JUST put the kybosh on sleep tonight. The reason--I'm checking out new albums and bands online and I keep coming across crank-up incentive.
So far: good stuff earmarked by: the Pixies, Chemical Romance, Puscifer (the ace one with a sniggery-not title), Spiritualized and, one that I lost, the 1998 album
Mezzanine by MASSIVE ATTACK
Played this album--+- +VOLUME+-+- there is NO SOUND HEAVIER than Massive...and this is still their BEST--Get powered up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Continuing... other stuff I've heard already by Muse, Skinny Puppy (this year's album Year Zero is terrible by the way) etc, then Eminem's 'Marshall Mathers LP' (say yo, boy). I heard a beautiful old Kreftwerk import of T.E.Express. Sometimes I get an old record that I used to have in my UTTERLY SUPERLATIVE collection STOLEN in the 90's, but I'm still half-hearted about it.
Still, Howard Devoto and Magazine's debut is back already, every NOTE on it a thrill.
On the VA comp. Underworld Evolution, heard Gosling (Cat People remake no less) and Bobby Gold amongst the other stuff I know (of).
Good.
'Course I HAD to listen to a lot of stuff that wasted my time. E.g. Lacuna Coil, Mendozza, Trivium, Atreya, Senses Fall and a lot of other 'Underworld' (huh?) all with the same 'metal based Screaming-Rasping-Phlegming vocals.
What do these guys NOT imagine they sound like.... water-retentive daleks? Krakens rutting? slithy toves on razors?
i LOVE it when guys put in an occasional snarl: y'know, just..one.. ...SNARL!... ( sudden temperature rise here )... but the 'underworld' vocalists do it like they breathe and sweat.
idea...
...if I really MUST at some stage jeopardise my freedom by commiting a necessary murder, I'll pre-load my iPod with those vocals on repeat.
I won't need to psyche up like the Macbeths, nor dither about over the deed to its portioned end--
so entirely The Beast of vile Belsen, me.

POSTSCRIPT *********** SUNDAY 23rd it can't be!! DECEMBER************************
HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN?!!! I just listened to 2 tracks from the latest, 2007 album from a band The Coral, whose excellent standard-rock debut album I only heard, and rated, yesterday.
This one is the WORST MOR AOI garbage ever!!!
Such bland old dross wouldn't make a radio 2 playlist jacked up IN A BLUE FIT.
Only FIVE years that took to happen!!
I need an antidote....c'mere SKINNY PUPPY you mental dog you!
