MORE scowling >: (
I'm not going to Tanz...I don't have anything to wear.
Until about an hour ago i gave it no serious thought, soaking in a scenty, creamy bath with a vague notion of pulling on something black and lightweight and fr tonight, bus friendly.
Ahem *there is no such garment on the premises.*
Basically everything is WRONG or unTanzable and i am totally frazzled by pulling things off and on and over my head (my hair has become INFURIATINGLY electric; it was a QUITE LOVELY approximation of an auburn cloud half an hour ago and NOW LOOK!!).
So -- as two chums are definitely not going / best mate is working/ I only know of ONE definite who IS going (aw its Aly too) --- looks like I am not going after all.
I am in SUCH a crabby temper today, maybe its just as well.
(on top of other stuff i have got cramp in my leg and i burnt my hand on the grill).

That and I keep l knocking myself on the drying crockery downstairs -which really gets my goat. twisted my ankle in midst of a ceilidh dance yesterday - yeow. Hope your cramp eases off. Sorry about your hand. Do you know this tip (got from an old flatmate who's mother was a retired medic). After you've put in cold water, put something on it thickly, like antiseptic cream or anything similar. It makes a barrier between the wound and the air, and stops it reacting into blisters. That's why they used to butter on burns. Seriously, it's a very useful tip that's made burns, less bad than they could be.
Sends hugs and love. Hope things pick up for you.xxx

Shame you didn't go but if its any consolation, it was a bit quieter than previous times and a very humid journey getting there.
