Warning-Banks using Dirty Tricks Dept!!

I phone-transferred money from a savings account to my current, on Friday. Sunday, I happened to take out 50 cash, using an ATM, and glanced at my receipt. It showed the transferred money was missing.
I checked my account on-line later...they had transferred the whole lot right back into that savings account on the same afternoon I moved it out! WITHOUT my authorisation!
I've been on the phone to them off and on all day, and their response has been almost surreal--I'm getting utter nonsense such as 'we have your date of birth wrong, you'll have to fill out a form to change it, before anything can be done'.
I kept as calm as poss but eventually blew my stack. I'm going into the nearest branch tomorrow morning and withdraw the whole bloody lot out of that monthly savings account. Unfortunately my ISA is postal only, or I'd take that out too.
