Legalised string-pulling

The most idiotic and unworkable idea this suspect government has had is that of forcing employers and landlords to fulfil a 'minority' quotient. It is actually inhumane - both to fellow employees AND to the said Minorities, who can only experience resentment as well as difficulty in matching a standard to which they are ill-suited (ie being NOT the best candidate for the post).
I've come across a Co ordinations Officer with below average office skills who could not give directions or draw a map; receptionists/counter staff with Attitude; nurses who despise (sick) people of every other race - and each other - and tenants who turn gardens into junk-yards
The best one was where my friend Alan Rawlings, an actor/ puppeteer, went for an audition at the BBC recently; he was given the go-by in favour of a man who had never worked a puppet but said he 'might learn the glove ones'.
I haven't even got to the Traffic Wardens.
Square pegs, round holes - it doesn't compute, NEW LABOURites, you stupid fuckers.
