4 m' Wrapper Collection

In my ongoing mission to check out the world's confectionary here are the latest sampled items.
Tapita was the best, but the standard was generally low (coco is mainly exported, absurdly -- why would you flog most of your choco-ingredients?)
Some were just a swizz - eg QuQi is just a very poorly covered chocolate biscuit and Merendina is a CAKE ffs.
My advice to Costa Rican sweeterers would be 'concentrate on content and less on packaging'. But would they listen!
