Last Sat.'s Revenge Club opening nite
Jul. 1st, 2009 02:25 pmFr some reason i imagined LATES at the Science Museum ran EVERY Wednesday but the next one is not till the 29th : (

Definitely going....tbh I'd rather go to that than a club ANY time.
I went to Revenge Club's opening night last Saturday at the Rocket on Holloway Road. It was an excellent night but that was a LOT because of all the mental bit beforehand with mate round my place, pre-club, then swift Audi ride up her's, more pre-club then drive to Club.
The club seemed sparsely populated mainly because the whole of the college rec. area where it was lay wide open like the tundra. You had to trek over vast expanses of courtyard and corridor and dancefloors to visit the loo or the bar. Which actually made it totally GREAT, esp on a warm summer's night. We sat out by the tree and pond and eventually the courtyard seemed to have most of the clubbers out there.
I think that apart from Franco, who was hosting it, and Darren who was working (+ joined us on breaks) there we only spotted about 6 people either/both of us knew.

indigo_violet was one of them (and yep i got to have a nice cat conversation in the end. Well its USEFUL.)
NB we SO coulda got off with those guys beside us on the squashy sofa - but, well y'know how it is when yr having an excellent time with yr best mate it just seems rather TEDIOUS doesn't it.
