Bird casualty

Yesterday evening Panzer attacked this cockatiel. I think its a wild one (like u see dozens of at eg. Richmond)
I HOPE ITS NOT some little old darling's beloved pet, because I can hardly take it back to them with *one eye* : (
After rescuing it by laying a cloth over it and carrying the bundle indoors, I phoned the RSPCA for a reference no. to take it to the nearest vet. (They then pay for its treatment).
Its had a relatively quiet night by itself, in a box with a bowl of dry muesli and an eggcupfull of water that I notice the poor thing upset. Circuit sneaked to look at the mysterious box but it was only agitated when I put my hand in with food.
I have put bells on both cats for the first time. Panzer's is especially loud -- it was off one of those Lindt Bunnies.
