Well - that wz stupid, rash, + destructive.

Xtending to not even becoming aware of any effects till early yesterday evening; after which I have easily converted back down to christmastime levels. It's - usual.

There should be some slightly more considered/erate comment with particular reference on the other page if u can get in.

Today i will eat ....

and sleep between meals.
